• Welcome to the Lyme Central School Nurse's Office webpage. The Nurse's Office is located across the hall from the main office.

    The Nurse's office provides first aid care for injured and ill students, medication if ordered by your child's doctor, physicals for athletes & new students, grades K,1,3,5,7,9 and 11. I keep track of mandates to ensure that we are following all state and federal laws. Each child has a medical record that contains their health information and immunizations.
