LYME CENTRAL SCHOOL ANNUAL BUDGET VOTE AND BOARD OF EDUCATION MEMBER ELECTION BALLOT INFORMATION
The Lyme Central School District will hold its Annual Budget Vote and Board of Education election on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, with all votes being cast via absentee ballot which the District will mail to all qualified voters on May 26, 2020.
In order to be counted, all absentee ballots must be received in the office of the District Clerk, no later than 5:00 PM, on June 9, 2020. The Lyme Central School District will hold an election for one (1) five-year vacancy on the seven-member board.
If you are a qualified, registered voter within the District and did not receive an absentee ballot via USPS. You may contact the District Clerk to request a ballot.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR VOTERS:
A citizen of the United States of America
Eighteen years of age
A resident of the District for a period of thirty days in advance, as required by law
No person shall have the right to register for, or vote at any school meeting or election who would not be qualified to register for or vote at an election in accordance with the provisions of Section 5-106 of the Election Law
Do not need to be a taxpayer to vote or to be a candidate
