Scrip Cards Fundraiser

The LCS Marching Band-Aids scrip sale is in full swing! We will be placing orders the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, as long as we have ten or more orders. So the next order will be placed on ?. All orders received by Miss Bariteau or Mrs. Weston by Monday will be included in our next order and should be delivered by Friday of that week. If you want to place an order online go to www.shopwithscrip.com and use enrollment code "L3LE7C2B16735" or use the form distributed at school or by printing your own from the scrip website, www.glscrip.com . Remember that first time customers need to have an enrollment form on file with the Band-Aids before your order can be processed and payment needs to be included with your order.  Junior Prom

The Junior Prom will be held on Saturday, May 10, at the Clayton Opera House from 6:00-11:30 PM.  Parents are welcome from 6-7 PM for pictures.  The activities will include the Grand March, a buffet dinner, beverage and snack center, DJ and dancing.  Tickets will go on sale April 21 - $40/single, $75/couple.

Marching Band Car Wash & Bake Sale

The Band-Aids will be having a car wash & bake sale to raise funds for equipment and trip on Saturday, May 17, 9-12 noon, in the TDS parking lot.

Relay for Life Basket Raffle & Silent Auction

The Relay for Life team will have a basket raffle and silent auction to raise money for cancer research on May 19-22, 8:30-2:45 PM.

Budget Vote & Concert

The budget vote & concert will be on Tuesday, May 20.  Polls are open for voting from 2-8 PM.  Babysitting for voters only available in the gym at 5:30 PM.

PreK-6 performance at 6:30 PM

Marching Band Debut at 7:30 PM

Grades 7-12 Choral Concert @ 8:00 PM (will be done by 9:00 PM)

Come enjoy exhibits, raffles, a silent auction, and see your students perform!

D.A.R.E. Graduation

The fifth grade class will be have a D.A.R.E. graduation to wrap up the D.A.R.E. program on Thursday, May 22, 9-9:30 AM in the library.

Theresa Memorial Cup Parade

Parade competition on Sunday, May 25, 1:20 PM.

Memorial Day Parade

There will be a Memorial Day parade in Chaumont on Monday, May 26 for local community public relations and Memorial observances.  This will possibly include the drum line and the band will play the national anthem.

Portable Planetarium

There will be a visit from the portable planetarium on Tuesday, May 27, 8:30-3:00 PM in the school gym.

Jump Rope for Heart

The physical education grade 3-6 classes will be having a "jump rope for heart" on Thursday & Friday, May 29 & 30, to help raise money for the American Heart Association and to encourage more students to be physically active and to stay healthy and fit.

Gorham Pageant of Bands

There will be a jazz band competition, drum line competition, senior band competition, and parade competition on Friday May 30 & Saturday May 31 in Gorham.

Blood Drive with the Red Cross

The Student Council will be having a blood drive on Monday, June 2, 10:30-3:30 PM in the school gym.

Dairyland Festival Parade

Parade performance on Friday, June 6.

Festival of Bands Concert

The band will be having a concert on Tuesday, June 10, at 7:30 PM in the school gym.

Gouverneur Chamber Flag Day Parade

Parade competition on Saturday, June 14, at 11:00 AM.

Jazz Band Concert

The jazz band will be performing a concert at the First Presbyterian Church of Chaumont and an ice cream social on Friday, June 20, after school.
