NOTICE

The Lyme Central School Fitness Center will be CLOSED from May 12 through October 2025 due to construction and facility upgrades!

No need to return your scan cards! They will be deactivated during construction and automatically reactivated once the fitness center reopens. 

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Stay tuned for updates and reopening announcements!

ACCESS

We welcome adult community members to enjoy our Fitness Center! To get started:

  1. Visit the District Office during regular business hours - Contact: Sherri Wilson, swilson@lymecsd.org or (315) 649-2417 ext: 238.
  2. Sign a liability waiver
  3. Review and initial the Fitness Center rules

After completing the registration process, you’ll receive an access card that allows entry through the Welcome Center door during designated Fitness Center hours.

RULES

  1. No food or drink in the fitness center, exception water ONLY.
  2. Equipment must be used properly, and as intended. Please report any damaged equipment to administration.
  3. Children under 15 years of age, are not permitted in the fitness center, outside of regular school hours, unless under the direct supervision of a parent/guardian (previously approved to utilize the fitness center), staff member, or coach.
  4. LCS students, 15-18+ years of age, MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian (previously approved to utilize the fitness center), staff member, or coach.
  5. For your safety: it is highly recommended that guests use the "buddy system" when utilizing the equipment.
  6. The fitness center will be closed to the public during team use.
  7. Please, help to keep our fitness center clean - use disinfectant wipes and trash receptacles.

Please be aware that security cameras are being utilized in the hallways, gymnasium, and fitness center. Cameras will be viewed as deemed necessary by District staff.

  • Between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM
  • Between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM
Saturday
  • Between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM

Holidays
  • CLOSED
The fitness center will be closed to the public during team use. Please click "Calendar" on the top page of the website to see when the fitness center is reserved for athletics.
